About
I run the day-to-day at Cohesive Title, a title and settlement company based in Virginia Beach. My work spans managing refi and purchase processing teams, overseeing underwriting, lender communications, escrow, and multi-state compliance. Cohesive Title is currently licensed in Virginia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Ohio, Georgia, Florida, Maryland, and Tennessee, and I personally bring experience across DC, West Virginia, and all 50 states from my years in the industry.
Good operations is not about control. It is about building the right structure so your people can do their best work. That means clear processes, honest communication, and staying ahead of problems before they become someone else's emergency.
Outside the office, I am a mom, a music festival enthusiast, and married to Kevin, who makes beautiful things out of wood. I love being outside, reading, and exploring the world whenever life allows. I also share my home with Rosie, my German Shepherd, who has strong opinions about all of the above.
